George Casey Award Recipient
In 1987, George Casey, PA, joined Medical Associates Clinic in the Internal Medicine Department. In many ways, he pioneered the Advanced Practice Provider (APP) position at Medical Associates, defining the position by providing expert care and supporting the physician’s practices and patients in his department. His success as an early APP helped trailblaze and prove the exceptional value of these practitioners by providing a high level of care and service to patients. The George Casey Award is given twice a year to the APP with the most improved patient feedback score.
