New Provider Joins Medical Associates Dyersville Clinic

Medical Associates Clinic is pleased to announce the arrival of Haley Hoffmann, DNP, ARNP, FNP-BC, to our Dyersville Clinic.

Haley received her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from the University of Iowa School of Nursing in Iowa City, IA, and Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Coe College in Cedar Rapids, IA. Additionally, she is fully licensed and certified in the state of Iowa.

As a member of the Medical Associates Dyersville Clinic, Haley will provide a wide range of healthcare services for all ages, including children’s exams and immunizations, sports physicals, gynecological care, cancer screenings, treatment of minor injuries, and more.
