Medical Associates Clinic Expands Kidney Care with Addition of Nephrologist
Medical Associates Clinic is pleased to announce the arrival of Andrew Bland, MD, MBA, MS, to our Nephrology Department.
Dr. Bland received his medical degree from the University of Illinois College of Medicine in Peoria, IL. He also completed his residency in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics at OSF Saint Francis Medical Center in Peoria, IL, and fellowship in Nephrology at the University of Iowa Hospitals & Clinics in Iowa City, IA.

Dr. Bland has had a successful career as a physician leader in both the hospital and medical group environments. This includes Illinois Kidney Disease & Hypertension Center in Peoria, IL; University of Illinois College of Medicine in Peoria, IL; The Joint Commission in Oakbrook Terrace, IL; Hamilton Healthcare System in Dalton, GA; Grand River Medical Group in Dubuque, IA.
Dr. Bland is board-certified by the American Board of Medicine, specializing in Nephrology, as well as by the American Board of Pediatrics. These certifications are a mark of competence and commitment to the educational standards, training, and knowledge within the fields of Nephrology and Pediatrics.

As a member of the Nephrology Department, Dr. Bland delivers specialized diagnosis and treatment for a comprehensive range of kidney ailments, encompassing chronic and acute disorders, diabetes-related conditions, hypertension-associated issues, and renal failure.
Our Nephrology Department is a team with extensive years of experience and advanced certifications. Our board-certified nephrologist practices in collaboration with referring healthcare providers from other disciplines to thoroughly assess and treat conditions.
