"I'd like to say when I went in for labs it wasn't the best experience. 1st the lady at the desk said there wasn't an order for my labs. But there had to be because Dr. Kramer wanted to see how the medicine was working by now. The receptionist just seemed annoyed and just didn't come off as understanding. And when I went to sit down she relayed this message to me, "they said you should have brought the paper work with you". Didn't make sense. Then I waited until 11 for labs and that pushed me over and I was late for my appointment. I was there at 10:25. It was 10:35 by the time it was ordered and what not and in I went at 11. I'd like to say Dr. Kramer was amazing. She has listened to me fully and her bed side manner was amazing as I have great difficulty and past traumas in the gyno office. She was so respectable and caring and fast during this hard experience for me. I recently moved to a different town but I kept her as my Dr. As I can truly feel she is the best!! I can feel and tell she cares. I recomend her to anybody and everybody."

"Your front desk staff has me re-evaluating if I even want to continue my care with you. My husband and I have to coordinate our schedules to these visits and we were late by a half hour in error due to having the wrong time down. We were supposed to be at Ultrasound by 8am and Appt after at 830. Our text notification only said 830 and didn't have the Ultrasound time. When checking in online with the Ultrasound the system had an error stating a newer appointment tab was available for advanced checkin so we didnt even see the 8am time. Only the 830 when advanced checking in because of the system glitch. This was frustrating as this is the holiday season and its hard enough to take off work let alone coordinate. We are already fulfilling the deductible for this calendar year and next, prepaying these visits so we need the income right now and cannot miss a lot of work. Needless to say emotions were high and I asked if there is a way to print the appointment tickets on one instead of tearing them individually causing us to lose an appointment slip. A girl in the middle (12/15/2023) with dark bob like hair and glasses who wasn't even the one checking us in, inserts her opinion and says exactly "Ummmm we cannot do that" I said I used to work there and know you can and she says with a snooty tone "yaaaaas I know you did but we can't do that" First off I never met this girl and now she's inserting an incorrect opinion into an emotionally charged situation I said "I wasn't talking to you" She continued with an attitude from this comment The nurse took us back, resolved everything, and scheduled me for a 2pm appointment for the Ultrasound. When leaving my Ultrasound at 2pm the girl says under her breath (please note us patient's can hear you) "that's her" and then loudly clears her throat as I walk past. This girl needs training on conflict resolution and not inserting incorrect statements into emotionally charged situations with patients shes not even checking in. The nurse was able to have all my appointments printed like I knew they could be without tearing them off separately so this rep was incorrect in the first place and made a situation worse. The way she acts when Im there now with her passive aggressiveness has me considering withdrawing what we prepaid and getting care elsewhere. I refuse to feel attacked when I come in for my maternity visits and working with pregnant mommas making situations worse emotionally shows me shes in the wrong department. If this continues we will no longer be getting care through you. We have been together 14 years and are finally having our first baby. Thus should be a joyous occasion and I shouldn't leave my obgyn appointments feeling attacked and like I want to cry because someone wants to act like they are still in high school."
