"Having to be seen, simply to schedule the actual procedure that takes 15-20 minutes is very frustrating and inefficient use of healthcare dollars, my dollars, MA staff time, my time, and my dollars. I was under the impression I was going to have my lypoma removed...not a second look at it after I already had my ultrasound. I guess what was the point of the ultrasound?"

"The toilet in the bathroom inside the exam room needed to be cleaned. The seat was left up and it was dirty. There was also stuff on the backside of bathroom door. I didn't say anything to the nurse, since cleaning a toilet is not her job. Maybe have a sign up that tells people "if the restroom needs attention, let ..... know." I didn't know who to tell about the dirty toilet. Also the exam room paint/interior looked old & posters look faded. A fresh coat of paint and some touch ups could help with overall appearance of the facility. The doctor and nurse did a great job, and that's what was really important to me. I am only giving the above comments because you sent a survey and must want people's opinions. I felt like Dr. Obbink treated me respectfully. Didn't talk down to me. Nurse took time to explain what was going to happen. I am glad she was there with me. Thank you"

"In the past week, I have had two appointments with medical specialist s, Dr. Dolehide & Dr. Obbink. It took over 3 weeks to be able to see a specialist, after 2 acute care visits and 1 primary Dr. appt. When you have an issue, 3 weeks is a long time to wait, mentally and physically. A year ago went through heart surgery. It would be nice if have to wait and be stressed out wondering whether your issues are serious or not. Both medical specialists and staff were excellent."

Have the receptionist let me know what to expect when I check in. 3. Have someone let me know while waiting. Apologize and let me know what to expect. It doesn't have to be all of these. One of them would be great."

"I went down and was doctored with Dr. Obbink. I had something in my esophagus that goes into my stomach. He told me at that time I should come back and have it stretched. I went down there the other day and he said, there's nothing the matter. He said, you don't need to have it stretched. I was... yeah, I wasted all morning. I was very upset with that. Thank you.
