"I was offered the opportunity to check in online a couple of days before the appointment. I really liked this option, because when you get into the office, you try to find all the right cards you need and it seems to take forever to get checked in. It was much more relaxing to do this from home. What I did not like was checking in on the kiosk. I had to do it all over. I thought I would only have to check in to let you know I was there and that should have acknowledged that I already did the other stuff online. When I went out to get an appointment, there were like 5 people there. Four of them were on the phone and the other one was checking someone out. For that many people to be there and not able to assist you to get you on your way, is annoying. It would be nice if there could be someone that handles quick appointments and others that do all the follow up appointments with labs, x-rays, etc. I ve been on both ends of that one. Another observation is that you are not at eye level with the person scheduling. It's hard on the body to stand there and wait looking down. My suggestion is like the set up at the bank. They have each teller at a station where the patient can be at eye level, a pen and place for them to sign, set their bags down, etc. There is also a sitting station for someone to sit comfortably while discussing their appts and setting them up. This station is also wheelchair accessible, also very important. Thank you for listening!"
