He said it helps for pain but doesn't let it heal as well. So I pleased to get some relief since its been 6 weeks since I fell."

"He wanted give cortisone shot I have work after the appointment then I should have been told before I came my appointment. Then I was given oral medicine after I first dose couple hours late got lite head fell and got skin abrasion on L elbow and L shoulder has every since. My R knee hurts when I drove my car especially in town, still happens Ask for therapy was denied times 2. I felt I wasn't listen to. It took so long to get into the clinic after having knee scan."

"Very disappointed with the staff on not providing any help for me when I was leaving. I was on crutches with a new cast on my foot. I wore a boot to the appt. They placed the boot in a garbage bag for me. So, Im on crutches, carry this bag as it is banging off my leg and crutch as I go to front desk to make another appt. On crutches, bag in one had, the receptionist hands me a bunch of paper work. I only have one free hand, which is holding onto one crutch. She never offfered to fold it for me, or offered to put it in an envelope, etc. Being on the third floor with all this extra stuff in my hands, I had to fend for myself to get down stairs and out to my vehicle. No help was ever offered by any staff. Absolutely horrible."
