"Additional labs or testing is scheduled two months out. As a new patient this seems like a long time to wait to hopefully diagnose a problem and wait for a treatment option. Bloodwork was done on the day of my visit and hopefully that eliminates some potential causes of my symptoms. Only been a day since my visit hopefully I get to hear the results soon. The lab was very busy on the day of my visit. Staff was very helpful and efficient."

When I was done with my visit and went to check out he told me I couldn't schedule my next test that the doctor ordered. Also, when I asked about the lab work she told me she wanted done he said just go up to the lab. I then went up to the lab and the receptionist there was so friendly, courteous and helpful. She changed my last name for me, helped me get my insurance information updated, called and got my test scheduled that [REDACTED] wouldn't do and saw that the labs were not entered and called back down and had them submit the orders. The receptionist in Lab deserves a Kudos or recognition for being so helpful and friendly."

I shouldn't have to wait 35 minutes for my blood to be drawn."
