"I'm completing this survey for my mom. She said that Shannon is an amazing provider and extremely caring. She only has the most positive feedback for her and her nurse. They were both wonderful and patient with her as she doesn't speak English well and needed an interpreter. I also just wanted to say that I've always had the most positive interactions with everyone at medical associates. Whether it's the secretaries, nurses or providers, they have all been wonderful. I've dealt with other health organizations and have not had positive interactions so it just speaks volumes to all of the staff at medical associates and the organization as a whole. However, her exam had nothing that had not already been done by my regular physician. I was referred to a Doctor to ensure that my injury was not related to my spine. Now, I get to come back and see the physician. I get the need to manage revenue but please respect my time and medical needs."
