"I was told I had a probable broken finger. When a x-ray technician viewed the x-ray they would give a positive yes or no on whether or not it was broken. That would determine how long to keep the splint on. Follow up never happened. I was never contacted after I left acute care."

"We were given no paperwork when we left. We were given no instructions on what treatment to do once we left. We were treated as an annoyance as soon as we walked in around 7:35/7:40 with a closing time of 8:00."

"The time issue was only because they were very busy. Courtney was AMAZING! She listened, then got to my child's level and explained to him (not me) exactly what she was going to do, then if he felt comfortable with that. She spoke to him every step of the way and always checked in he was feeling comfortable and ok with the visit. He kept telling me then later his dad how nice Courtney was. "The wait time was extremely long. It would've been nice if a nurse had come back in and checked on us. We got her throat swabbed at 9:10, but dr didn't come in until 10:05 to let us know it was positive (although I saw results online within 10 minutes)."

"Having to go to Accute Care twice and pay twice and to be treated with medication the 2nd time is kind of ridiculous and WASTE of time and money. I feel like the medical field at Accute Care GUESSES at how to treat their patients. I really expect better from supposed experts in their field."
