"Scheduled appointment times are important to maintain as many people are taking time off during the day to attend. When I have to sit in the waiting room for an additional 15-20mins after my scheduled appointment time it's not acceptable to myself or employer. Then waiting additionally in the patient room."

"First visit with Dr. William Auer. Very knowledgeable of my history. Had notes from Dr Hein, my previous provider. Was very thorough in his examination. Went through the refraction and provided me with the results and what to do if I have issues. Will keep me on 6 month schedule. His nurse was also very knowledgeable. Knew my history and went through my vision testing. All the personnel made me feel at ease especially meeting Dr. Auer for the first time."

"Dr. Auer was amazing from the moment he walked into the room. I just came in as I got new insurance and wanted to start fresh with a new eye doctor for my yearly exams. Well, what I thought was going to be a quick and easy eye exam turned into a longer appointment as Dr. Auer found some concerns and I had to have multiple test/procedures done which I was able to have that same day while in office. He took the time out of his day to make sure the game plan we had was the correct one. Well the game plan changed and I had to been seen somewhere else as soon as possible and Dr. Auer worked with that Dr to make sure I was able to be seen and have the testing done I needed. He even called me back after talking with the other doctors to let me know everything was good to go for me to be seen else where that same day. I'm so glad he saw these concerns and pushed for some answers right away. Also a big thank you goes out to Dr. Baumann for helping Dr. Auer with my concerns!"
