"I do not understand why when you checkin they seem so non friendly. I understand that they are sometimes on the phone but come on, you have 5 representatives sitting at stations. I doubt they all are answering calls, I was only one in line and took them at least 5 minutes to acknowledge I was in line which would have been courteous for someone to at least say we will be right with you. They all appeared to have a scowl look suggesting why are you bothering us. First impressions mean a hell of a lot."

"Dr Kraciun is a very detail oriented, thorough and thoughtful doctor. He provides more practical advice than what I would expect out of a family doctor. I appreciate it because it saves me money in having to go to multiple providers for initial information about my condition. I have had two other primary care providers in my life and Dr Kraciun is just as thorough as the very first doctor that I ever had. I feel like he really cares and that he keeps his attention focused on any little details that he can give me about my care. For example, when we talked about my back he told me that the Superman pose would be a good one to do, but not right away because he thought that it could potentially spasm up if I do that too soon. Not only does he give me advice for right now, he also gives me advice for how to take care of myself once I start to feel better. Dr Kraciun is concerned about my health care costs and he truly does his part to keep medical debt down by trying to use his experience, his wife is a physical therapist and the last time I saw him he gave me a little bit of physical therapy advice based off what his wife has taught him. That saved me from having to go to a physical therapist on top of seeing him. I understand that you can't always get everything you need from a primary care provider, sometimes you need to see a specialist. However, if Dr Kraciun is not confident in the information that he's about to share with me, he will not share it with me. We also had a very thoughtful and brief conversation about medical debt and how he is truly trying to do his part to keep medical costs down for the patient while still providing the high level of care that he provides. I'm sure he's also trying to keep medical costs down for Medical Associates associates as a whole. There is so much medical waste out there, and I believe that Dr Kraciun is truly cognizant of the impact that his choices have on others. I never feel disrespected or as if my concerns are not important. He will go to the lengths that he needs to, to make sure that my care is fully taken care of. I am so very thankful that he is my primary care provider. Some providers, like Dr Kraciun, truly go out of their way to make sure that the patient's concerns are accurately and thoroughly addressed, and some providers just seem to give out information, without really thinking how it impacts or how effective or true that it really is."

One of them is in eighth grade; he asked for my son's and my permission to do a testicular exam and explain to me that it's important for my son to check that every month.
