"Yes, Dr. Russo came in, looked at my back, I had a lump. He said he'd have to lance it and put me on an antibiotic and then make an appointment for the surgeon. But he said instead of that, he would keep call down to surgery to see if they could get me in, which they could. I was able to go down to surgery. They removed the lump. Mr. Russo went above and beyond to take care of me. And then when I got down to surgery, they were fantastic. I am totally pleased and want to thank everybody involved in my care. Thank you."

"Was rushed to the ER for stomach pains. Not asked any questions by the doctor... almost seemed like he didn't care to treat me but was more focused on getting me out as fast as possible even if that meant sending me to the ER to get the same care he could have provided."

"The acute care was spot on. My only comments are about the pharmacy. Even though I gave them an hour and a half to prepare the prescription, it wasn't ready. The "nurse" blamed it on the doctor and said the order was not sent up. For the next 15, I waited. It gave me time to notice how filthy the waiting area was. I had been there the previous week and the same dirt spots were still in the flow and the rugs were filthy. No, it wasn't from today. I listened to the "manager" yell at a woman on the phone at the top of her voice and then hang up on her. My prescription was filled and sat there. "Nurse" was told twice there were two red trays ready but she just ignored it. Another lady grabbed it and called me to the counter. She apologized for the loud phone encounter and for the long wait. She was embarrassed and said it was a tough day."

"Mr. Robert Russo was just wonderful! He was unpretentious and personable. He asked precise questions, gave detailed answers, and was very encouraging. He allayed my fears and seemed to be interested in me as a person. I trusted him and he me gave excellent advice. After I left, even though I had a severe cold, I felt better psychologically; it seemed as if I had known him for a long time; he is listed as a PA but in reality, he is a great physician. I'd recommend him for a raise; he should have a physician salary. You guys are lucky to have him."
