And nurse recommended a drop for my ear , finding out on friday u cant even find this product in iowa,or illinois not even your on pharmacy without special order taking 2to3 days. Leaving on suday for vacation went to acute care cause my ear was swelled so bad couldnt get a hearing aide in and alot of pain, the nurse there said they dont treat there but called the ent dr. On call and didnt get much satisfaction, misseable week on vacation with pain finally found drops in st cloud mn. Thought there should have been something done with ent dr on call to come in to take care of. Or they should check for availability more what to prescribe for treatment. And if on call be on call. "So, I feel like I got in, like, in a timely manner, but then I saw the doctor or whatever for maybe one minute, and they sent me immediately to the ER because they said that I needed a scan or whatever, and they couldn't do that there. But then I went to the ER. The doctor talked to me for more than a minute, and they did my blood work and took an x-ray, which could have been done at acute care, and pretty much wasted my time. Like, they could have helped me at acute care, but it seemed like they didn't want to. So, that's all I got to say."

My previous experience at your clinic was an absolute disaster throughout."

"What a TERRIBLE experience, the provider totally ignored my health concerns, did not even ask me about my symptoms, refused to do any blood work that I requested and said she would even know we're to start with the blood work, (well no kidding you wouldn't know where to start!! She didn't even ask what my symptoms were) told me I needed to go to the emergency room, I explained to her that my symptoms were definitely not an emergency room situation, then I asked her if my trip to acute care was a waste of time and she said "Yes this is waste of time" I've never had such a horrible experience when visiting a dr. In my life! If I could give her a -100 rating I most certainly would."

"It took a while to be seen after being taken back to the room. It's Acute Care, so that is to be expected. Appreciate that they pursued X-rays. A little frustrating that it is over a week till I will know if it's a fracture with Ortho, but understand it isn't a serious fracture (if a fracture at all). I should have asked if there was any restrictions or for a release to park closer at work. Kala was very pleasant and didn't need to know my history since this visit was unrelated to any of my history. Thankful that we have an Acute Care dept and that Radiology is just down the hallway."

"I sought a simple treatment for bleeding after 10 days Post-op for breast uplift/reduction and just wanted a couple steri strips. I was informed it is against policy to treat anyone post-op and sent over to Mercy ER. There were 25+ people there in waiting room so I left."
