The Department of Psychiatry & Psychology is made up of a specialized support team trained to address the full spectrum of mental health conditions, across all ages, including but not limited to:

Your care is provided by professionals who have superior competency and knowledge in the diagnosis, management, and treatment of mental health conditions. They will guide you through every step of the process – from your first visit to diagnosis and treatment, and work closely with you to personalize your care and customize a treatment plan. We offer providers from each of these fields of expertise:
Psychiatrist, MD or DO – received a medical degree followed by a residency in psychiatry.
Psychologist, PhD or PsyD – received a doctoral degree from a clinically-based graduate program in psychology.
Therapist, LISW, LMFT, or LMHC – received a master’s degree from a graduate program in social work, couple/marriage and family therapy, or clinical counseling.
Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner, ANRP or DNP – received a master’s or doctoral degree from a nurse practitioner program.
Our patients may also visit our department to obtain formal psychological evaluation and testing for:

Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation & Electroconvulsive Therapy
We offer a spectrum of brain stimulation treatments such as repetitive Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (rTMS) and Electroconvulsive Therapy (ECT). rTMS is a non-invasive treatment that uses magnetic energy to stimulate the brain in treating depression, anxiety, and OCD and is performed within a suite in our clinic. ECT requires anesthesia and is therefore performed in a hospital setting.
