Our Community

With a population of 70,000 and a drawing base area of over 250,000, Dubuque is a city where the simple pleasures and modern conveniences of life are balanced. Dubuque is a little over a one hour drive from both Madison and Iowa City, and is only three hours from Chicago.

Employee Appreciation Days

We know our employees work hard and deserve to have a little fun while they are doing it. Throughout the year we hold various events to celebrate our great employees:

Holiday Luncheons are held at all of the Medical Associates work locations and served by the friendly faces of our leadership team.
Lunch in the Lot is a chance during the summer months to grill out and enjoy lunch in the sun.
