Employee Appreciation Days
We know our employees work hard and deserve to have a little fun while they are doing it. Throughout the year we hold various events to celebrate our great employees:
- Holiday Luncheons are held at all of the Medical Associates work locations and served by the friendly faces of our leadership team.
- Lunch in the Lot is a chance during the summer months to grill out and enjoy lunch in the sun.
Employee Recognition Programs
We believe our employees are truly committed to making a positive difference in the lives of the people they serve and we have several ways to recognize excellence:
- Be The Reason, a customer service recognition program, is designed to catch employees doing great things and reward them for it.
- Service Excellence Award, recognizes employees who consistently exceed customer expectations and are recognized by their peers as role models of excellent service.
- Patient Experience Distinction Award, recognizes physicians, APPs, and departments, based on NRC survey scores, who help us provide superior healthcare and an excellent patient experience.
