She was very helpful and talked to Urology they had a cancellation and I got called don't remember exactly probably around 11.Frustrating morning."

"A Urology front desk staff was very helpful in her 20 minutes of attempts to rectify a 3 week old problem I've had with the Portal. It turns out after speaking with Cerner tonight that the "fix" was a complete waste of time and the staff was given completely wrong information. the problem remains. The other front desk staff didn't have the courtesy to tell me I was an hour early for my appointment! Upon making the appointment for today, I was not told by "scheduling" that I needed an appointment for a UA. What a surprise to me when it showed up on my phone when I had other things planned. The Urology desk is a hot mess."

"I was disappointed that going from the hospital to his dr. appointment that we really didn't learn anymore than when we left the hospital except he was able to have the cathater taken out which I felt could have been done in guttenberg there were no tests done that day at the visit even though they were aware of his bleeding and passing bloodclots in his urine for almost a week I felt almost because of his age his problem wasn't important enough to have things done right away to know the problem going on. Now he will have to have a bladder scope done but that isn't until July which is very frustrating when he is having serious issues going on that it couldn't have been scheduled for that day. To drive almost 50 miles to really only have the catherater taken out was very hard on [REDACTED] and not finding out what is going on now really until we know whats going on in the CT Scan that also we have to wait a few days for is very upsetting to us. We want the best care for [REDACTED] and not be made to feel like because of his age things are going downhill for him. Not that Molly Boge by any means made us feel that way just the system of healthcare in general. We feel confident in Molly and Dr. Rowe but after having a bad experience with [REDACTED]"
