The receptionist was very nice and patient as this took at least five minutes. I was surprised to find out that the appointment is scheduled for November 23, more than two months out from September 12. This seems like a very long wait. I had said I could have it done at either the East or West campus. I'm wondering what the cause is for such a delay."

"The online registration process is confusing. It said I was checked in and 10 minutes after my appt was supposed to begin I went to the desk. Turns out I wasn't fully checked in (even though I got confirmation I was). Like online check in but process needs to be reviewed. I wouldn't have been happy if I had to come back because too much time passed when I was sitting right there"
