"I received the appointment confirmation texts and check-in confirmation texts for this appointment, and complied with the check-in request. The texts specified my appointment was at 9:30 a.m. but when I arrived, the receptionist informed me I was 30 minutes late and my appointment was at 9 a.m. She said they could not see me that day because of my lateness. However, all the appointment confirmations on my end showed a 9:30 appointment time. I showed her and she said this would not be the first time the system messed up like this. I would completely understand if I was 30 minutes late, but all information pointed to my appointment being at 9:30, not 9. Because of this system error, they decided they could squeeze me in. I tried to explain to the nurse how the system sent me a 9:30 time instead of 9, that's why I was "late." She was rude to me and didn't want to hear it. My provider was luckily extremely kind and helpful, I just had to get through everyone else!"

"Comfortable waiting room area and courteous reception staff, nurse that did my screening did an excellent job, and the assisting staff that was sitting in on the screening was very pleasant as well and will succeed in her future for sure. Emily was super pleasant to speak with and she listened intently while I rambled and went on tangents, which made me know she actually cares about people that come through there. It was just truly unbelievable care, concern, and kindness, to be honest. There are 8 thousand characters available in this text box and I don't think it would be enough to cover all the positive reviews and kind words I have to say regarding my experience with everyone I interacted with there. Brings a tear to my eye to know that such good people are providing care for hurting people. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! [REDACTED]"

"I was scheduled for a hour and a half appointment in which I sat 45 minutes in a room then moved to the waiting room from the time I talked with the nurse to the time I seen the provider. The whole appointment from start to finish could of been 45 minutes instead of 90 minutes."

"Emily actually listened to me and wanted me to participate in determining my own treatment. She asked insightful questions and took notes to make sure she would remember what I said in the future. She was proactive by ordering blood work and was honest about what she could realistically do today. I liked her very much."
