"I did have to wait for 30 minutes, but Gretchen is amazing and so is her nurse. The check-in staff was not very courteous and had me standing there for quite some time trying to figure out what was going on after my wait. Nobody even looked up to help me and the nurse eventually just called my name, so I went back, but it wasn't very fun to be ignored. One person was on the phone and two people were just standing there, or sitting there working but could have looked up to help me or to ask me to wait a moment. I've worked at the front desk before at a doctor's office, a very busy one, actually a couple here in Dubuque, and I just didn't appreciate it."
