"As usual, Dr. Kassas is exceptional. He is a very knowledgeable, kind and caring man. And unfortunately that new 10-minute format that you guys are running and shoving a lot of people through, I sat there over an hour and that's never happened before. And I felt rushed through the whole appointment. So I'm probably going to be going elsewhere after this. 10 minutes is not long enough for the clientele that you're serving. And probably going to say goodbye. It's a, I don't even know, 30-year relationship I've had. I've never thought about going anywhere else. But could happen now because I feel like I'm in the drive-thru at McDonald's now and that's not going to fly. Thanks."
