She asked what I knew about the vegus stimulator, and I'm 38 years old, have never been to medical school, and she was asking me all the stuff of what the vegus stimulator did and, you know, what other health stuff it did because she didn't know anything about it. And that made me kind of nervous that she was the one that was kind of supposed to know that stuff, and I don't know anything because I've never been to medical school. The only stuff I know is because my dad is an anesthesiologist and he's told me about it, so that's what made me kind of nervous."

For the groin pull, she printed off exercises that I did many times in the last 24 hours. My pain significantly decreased! (If I need PT, she will make sure I get it.) She used the lighted screen to show anatomy to explain some things. I love that she teaches me so I grasp the source of my pain. She is the best!!"

"First of all, I was very satisfied with my appointment. There was just one little glitch, and Dr. Ries gave me a prescription. I thought she gave me a prescription, and she also gave me instructions on contacting a doctor for an appointment that I was supposed to take to the desk. I took it to the desk, and then later I realized I did not have the prescription. So I do not know if that was on that sheet that I left by mistake, or if she had not given me the prescription on that sheet. So I am in the facility, and I am able to follow up with my nurse, and she will take care of it for me, but I just wanted to mention that that happened. But I am very satisfied with Dr. Ries.
