"The Medical Assistant (MA) that checked me into the room and checked my vitals had a student or someone shadowing her. The MA never introduced herself or the student nor did she ask if I was OK with a student (I assume it was a student) being involved in my care. Both individuals had name tags that were flipped over so that neither of their names were showing. The shadowing person never said a word and the MA was matter of fact just coldly completing the task at hand. I was very disappointed with this interaction. In my opinion, it was a poor example for the shadowing person of how to interact with a patient. There was no caring or empathy shown. The care I received from the Provider (Dr. Sullivan) was excellent as usual. He not only was knowledgeable about why I was there and my history, but was very caring, thorough, and empathetic as usual."

"The wait was not very acceptable. I arrived 10 min early, was called back into room at leat 5-7 min after my appt time of 8:30. Doctor did not come into room until about 9:10. There was no other patients in waiting room. No apologies for lateness for an appt that shld have only taken 10-15 min. It made me late for picking up my mother & I had to call someone else to pick her up while waiting. I did not leave clinic until approx 9:20. One hour visit for a 10-15 min appt with no explanation or apology. I understand doctors sometimes run late but that's why I make early morning appts. I dont this was acceptable."
