"When I called to make appointment my Doctor was not available. Receptionist on the phone should learn more about HIPAA. Won't go back to west end. Doctor didn't give me any information about what I have. Gave me a prescription which was over $1000. Dollars. Which insurance didn't pay for. Cancel appointment with her. Go to my doctor. Not happy. Never go back to West end."

"I had a great experience at OBGYN. The nurses and my provider on the second floor are wonderful. Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience down in the lab. Three different people tried to draw my blood and were not successful. This is not a problem I have had in the past. I ended up leaving without leaving blood for the lab and my tests. The people drawing my blood did not seem experienced or educated. They dug around multiple times in each arm and left me bruised and sore. Again, I have not had this problem in the past with medical associates, so I left frustrated. In the future, I plan on asking for an experienced phlebotomist."

My issue is the next steps we're scheduled however I have to wait 26 days for the necessary ultrasound for next steps. Almost 4 weeks out seems so unreasonable when someone is trying to figure out what is wrong with them and this is the only means in doing so. I want to be clear I have zero concerns with the care the dr provided today as she was amazing. My issue is overall with the availability to obtain an ultrasound i any reasonable timeframe."

"I like that the staff in the gynecology department are very comfortable to talk with and ask questions of. None of them was condescending, like some places I have been. I am having effects of long COVID (we got sick before we could get our last shot) and the staff got me wheelchair help to get back downstairs at the west campus. I really appreciated the extra help!"
