The receptionist wasn't all that friendly (even to the gentleman ahead of me in line) when she asks me for my copay I told her I had paid that already and she taps around on the computer and says it usually shows that and this new software has some issues and seemed irritated. And then sees that I had indeed prepaid the copay. I just left that interaction feeling probably not the best thing to say to a patient. I can't say enough about the nurse ( I can't remember his name right now) and Dr. Omerza. Both interactions were so friendly and professional. Top notch!!"
