"I actually, by mistake, came a day earlier for my appointment. Staff was very good about getting me in anyway. I think I only waited 5 minutes before they called me to see the doctor. Dr. Chris Stille is the best in my book!"

"I had specifically asked to set up a visit to get established with a doctor and to have a physical performed. Now there is the chance that what I was expecting a physical to be and what I got are two separate things, but I honestly felt confused and kinda of shocked that I had to pay my co-pay to have a 5 minute chat with a doctor about some medical history and then being dismissed to go have lab work done. I legitimately spent more time with the nurse and getting my blood drawn then time spent with the doctor. I had needed to ask additional question about foot pain I am experiencing but didn't feel that a proper moment came up to discuss it. I am willing to accept that is more on me and I could and should have pushed it, but I'm still flummoxed that normal routine physical tests were not performed which is, again, specifically why I wanted to go to a doctor. I do not hold this against the doctor I saw as I could have and most likely should have brought this his attention, but if I visit again I will make sure to clarify my expectations that they can be met and I don't feel as though I have not wasted both my time and money."
