"The doctor I had my appointment with was called out on an emergency. The clinic made a great effort for me to be seen by Liz Straub, with almost no waiting time. They bent over backwards so I wouldn't have to leave and come back the next day, as I am 45 minutes away. My comment regarding medical history knowledge was based on Liz stepping quickly in for Dr. White. She took copious notes while listening carefully to my reasons for coming in. All three nurses, lab tech and front desk employee were friendly, courteous, thorough and professional. I felt listened to and cared for."
