"Dr ODonnell was excellent, very thorough. She established a rapport with me and I felt she asked questions no other gyn provider has ever asked, and gave follow up information to my questions. It is great to have a female provider, I did not realize the benefit to me. Thank you very much. the registration process was redundant and more complicated than necessary. Firstly, I have all my insurance cards, hippa forms, etc on file from last week when I saw Dr. Bauman, not sure why I needed to take photos and scan them prior to seeing Dr. ODonnell. 36 hours later when I am checking into the kiosk at gyn I need to go through all the insurance again. Not sure why I needed to do both. The font on the kiosk was very small and the "next" button was very small and in different places from screen to screen. I use computers and am accustomed to the stupid, repetitive and self serving processes such as these. But I did see several persons checking in after me who stood there puzzling for some time, no one ever came up to help them, eventually they went to a person behind the desk for help. Not welcoming, or patient centered."
