"So, my husband saw this provider and upon arrival was made to fill out a form about depression and he was so discouraged and distraught. He was not there for that reason and so he was very upset that that type of form was even given to him to fill out. Then his blood pressure was high and he came home and he was so discouraged that she was rude to him about him not addressing his blood pressure and his blood pressure had not been high at other doctors' offices and so I don't know why she was overly concerned about it. And also, he was scolded for not having a colonoscopy, which is his choice, but it was just the most awful visit and he would never return to her."
