"Patients who need a wheelchair should be pushed by the nurses not the person accompanying the patient. This included moving them to the next place ( X-ray or lab etc.) If this isn't possible for the nurse hire a wheelchair transport person. Not professional when a doctor has to push a patient past the nurses station and nurses are on personal cell phones."

"The doctor took one look at the injury and said it was septic and sent us to the ER. It was not septic and sepsis needs blood work to be properly diagnosed. The provider did no exam, no x-ray, no blood work or anything. The ER physician was able to tell it was no septic but still ran all required tests to rule it out. It turned out to be cellulitis. We felt like the physician did not want to handle the injury and just passed us off."

They did give me the right medicine, and dosage, for what i have. I did have to go to emergency room 2 days later as the pain was intense. I did find out today from the place I stayed that the exterminator did find bugs. So I left feeling like she really didn't listen to me. She set me up with a CT scan, which lead to the removal of my gall bladder about 24 hours later. She could have sent me home with an antibiotic and pain pills, but she didn't, and I'm so thankful for that. Her thorough care caught a very serious issue when it needed to be caught. I am so thankful she was there that evening to see me."

Despite her being masked, I was still uneasy with her coughing around my son and potentially being unhealthy. It was just something of note I was not comfortable with. Understandable if the hospital is under staffed but I would've rather waited longer to be seen by someone not coughing- even if masked. Again she was very professional- it was just the coughing. She didn't seem healthy."

"I was not happy with the fact they would not let me go to my physical therapist. They said I had to go to their physical therapist in their facility, and it made it very hard for me to drive there, and it was a two week wait, which I could not wait two weeks with vertigo. It took a long time, but I got them to convinced to call my Family Practice person and get them to set up physical therapy for me."

"The Doctor Who saw me, kept asking me what type of treatment I wanted instead of recommending appropriate treatment for the issues that I was having. She would also recommend different medication's to help with my issue, but didn't really explain what the medication was for. For example she asked me if I wanted some type of shot, but didn't explain what the shot would be until I asked. it felt like she was talking to another medical professional and not a patient. She was still ultimately very helpful, but I felt like I had to ask a lot of questions to understand what her questions were for me."
