"Deb, senior receptionist, was not very friendly and was rude saying my insurance was inactive. I explained since I encountered the same issue last week at endocrinology that she just needed to verify it by going on the BCBS website. Once she got the active results from the BCBS website her attitude improved slightly but still not friendly. She made me feel like I was inconveniencing her. I tried to explain I understood because I work with Cerner in the same capacity but she just gave me attitude. As a "senior receptionist " she needed to do better in my opinion, it was not a great first impression. The CMA and Dr Khan made the rest of my experience much better."
