"The providers were helpful, but The $100 ankle stabilizing device they had me sign off to buy was an absolute piece of junk. It didn't seem to help stabilize my foot norm my ankle and when I wore it for a long time, it actually made me worse. I wasn't given instructions on how often to wear it (24/7, take it off at night?). The gel part actually fell off of the double stick tape that was used on the product to keep the tape in place. The air filled pads, kept moving around and coming off of my ankle. A big waste of time and money."

"I was SO impressed with the nurse that changed my catheter! For someone not working in Urology she did a FANTASTIC job. I told her next time I'm in Urology for a change I'm going to have them go get her out of Acute Care. I know its not allowed but it should be. Tobin was also fantastic. I have never seen her but she was so on top of my history I was impressed. She explained things to me and was so compassionate. These two are an asset to MA."

"The treatment at acute care was extremely good. The people were helpful and quite courteous. It was confusing in the follow-up. I was supposed to be referred to urology either the following day, no later than the second day and I still don't have an appointment with them. I don't even have an appointment with them until the 3rd of July. The information was not transferred and urology definitely didn't do anything when they got it."

"My daughter injured her arm and Jean and Crystal were both phenomenal! We were in and out in 20 minutes which is absolutely fantastic when you are the parent of an 18 month old in pain and upset. We were are so grateful for our positive, efficient experience! Good work acute care!"

"I went in because I have a insect bite I suspect a spider it was so huge and full of pus I and I couldn't reach it where it was on my body so I went to acute care to get the pus removed out of it she wouldn't touch it she said it was shingles which it is not . It is a spider bite . I found a friend to do what the nurse or Dr. Should have done. I got steams and streams of painful pus out of it. Now can heal."

"We were told immediately there would be an hour and half to two hour wait. People were standing since all the chairs were full I have never seen it like this before. I will say the staff was very courteous and once I got into a room I didn't feel rushed and didn't have to wait too long to be seen by a nurse practitioner, who was very friendly. Thank goodness arrangements were made to send babies and small children to peds. I don't know how anything else could have been done. One could not have predicted the number of people who wished health care that morning. No negative comments about the staff."

She spoke to Emily at a level that she could understand. And it really just made the experience so much better at a time when it can be scary to take your child in. You don't know what's wrong and she really put us at ease and we felt very comfortable when we left that day."

"Very disappointing that the pharmacy was not open upstairs as it is convenient to get prescription there especially that late in the evening. Was told Walgreens on JFK and Highway 20 was only place to get prescription and our insurance doesn't cover Walgreens but decided to get it there anyways. Got to Walgreens only to find out that the pharmacy was closed so my son would not be getting his antibiotic. Just very frustrating that my son didn't get antibiotic until this afternoon after I had to get the prescription transferred from Walgreens."

"She could have went a little more in depth with diagnosis of the illness aside from ear infection. She prescribed amoxicillin which my daughter just was on for a cough so hopefully it works."
