"My appointment was at 10 AM and the doctor did not arrive until 10:55. That delay is unacceptable and I discussed this with the doctor. I, and many other patients, work hourly jobs and such a delay is costly! Medical Associates needs to figure out how to keep patients from waiting for extended periods. By the way, this is the second time this happened at Medical Associates in Platteville, the first time I walked out of the clinic without being seen. This is incredibly frustrating beside costing me hourly wages. Fix this problem!"
