"The medical assistant, Emily, was so kind in such a vulnerable time for me. She listened to me and made me feel comfortable in a setting I haven't felt comfortable in before. She is such an amazing asset to Medical associates. Jenna, the nurse practitioner, was by far the best provider I've seen. Our visit was short mainly because I had to return to work, but we scheduled a follow up. She made me feel heard and comfortable. Another amazing asset to Medical associates. I have avoided a doctors appointment for five years and wish I had known that these amazing women were available. There is no words to describe the weight lifted off my shoulders after leaving my appointment. Jenna was warm and kind. She offered referrals for a primary care physician, which I have also avoided for years as well as a therapist. "Well, first of all, I accidentally pressed 1, which is no for a yes answer, so there's that. But also, I felt really listened to, and at one point I felt like, huh, I told her that I have a certain... I have these pills that have worked with in the past, but not now, but it makes sense that she would want to air on the side of caution, because, you know, things change and whatever so. Because she didn't prescribe all three of them to me, but that's okay. And yeah. She's easy... She was nice and easy to talk to. She was very helpful. I have the trouble talking sometimes, and she was... She was very good. I appreciated her."
