"My experience with Dr. Berger and the nurses was exceptional. I was very happy. They were very informative. They explained things and went over things very carefully with me. However, the one thing that I was quite upset about was that whoever put the notes in my chart really did an inaccurate job, and I pointed this out to the nurses, and they said that they saw this as well. It was listed that I had a hysterectomy. I've never had a hysterectomy. There were some other errors on it, too, so whoever put in that information on the computer definitely needs to be more careful. That's all I have to say. Again, the nurse and doctor were awesome. Not to mention the very rude and grumpy receptionist at the front that has been short with me while I try to figure out a good time for my appointments."
