"For the most part everything was good. At check in, there was a gal that was busy, but she acknowledged that I was there and said that she was busy, and that someone would be right with me. I liked that! In observance of the other 4 people, the man to the right had 2 large monitors blocking his face completely. He was talking to the others but not checking anyone in. There was a woman working closely with another woman on the far left, that appeared to me that one of them was being trained by the other. This left the young girl next to them that was chatting with the two other women. She was checking people in but having that side conversation thing going on. She finally looked at me and decided to check me in. There needs to be some way of knowing who is available to check you in, and to get people checked in faster. I used my lunch hour for this appt and didn't want to stand there waiting while people talk. Also, when people approach that are using a walker, on crutches or in a wheelchair really need a different area to accommodate their special needs. It's hard on their bodies to stand there like that; even older and/or more frail individuals. It pains me to see that because I've been those people before. Otherwise, the girls at the desk rescheduling patients immediately stopped what they were doing and took care of scheduling an appointment. I commented about the beauty of a waterfall picture and they were very pleasant. Thank them for that. I got some not so fabulous news from the doctor and that helped my spirits greatly!"
