The front desk manager was magnificent at check ins, helping me find out if I had any balances owed, and making sure we had follow up appointments. The optometrist technician was incredibly thorough and handled my two children with patience and grace. Dr. Lecher was so kind and explained every step of her process and why she chocks for what she does. She had a wonderful children's rep-ore also and switched up her jargon to accommodate their understanding. You can tell she truly cares about her patients well being and does every step as if it is the most important. Best eye appointment I've ever had to date and I've been going yearly since the 4th grade! To make things even better, I remembered I had my daughters broken glasses with us in the car and the glasses tech fixed them on the spot with ease! 10/10 experience!
