"The only problem that I have with this situation is that it took way, way too long to get in to be seen. And with my situation, waiting over a month to address it, and now I'm waiting again to get home care help, I just think that's way too long and not appropriate because I'm every day dealing with sleep apnea and I have no help."

"The doctor was 45 minutes late seeing me for a 9:45 AM appointment. No notice was given in advance. I don't understand why I need to see the doctor who says if I have questions about my CPAP machine, I can go to Mercy One and see what they have to say. She reads the same information I have on my phone. I think this is/was a big waste of my time...and Medicare pays the doctor. Not happy, but I don't have to go back for another year so it is what it is!"

"I have been so Blessed with finding this group of professionals and so pleased with the care I received as of to date from them. They are always there even just a stupid question is honored and I feel they treat we with respect. This is hard to find these days I have several doctors in this group and a few others across town in Dubuque . I live out in Elizabeth it not a bad drive to get the service's I need and keeps me well and motivated thank you. "The follow up appointment for the at home sleep study has not been scheduled in a timely manner. It will be two months from this appointment before I am even able to pick up the equipment to do the at home test to determine if I have sleep apnea. This does not seem to be a very quick turnaround time from today's appointment."

"Nurse called to ask me to bring in SD card and PA at 2 previous appts said it was not necessary to do this. Since my cpap. Was not one that needed to have card brought in, it is my opinion that my medical record should have had this documented in order to provide me more individualized care. I was very unhappy about this surprise call. I have agoraphobia and it is very difficult to come for appts. You may not understand why this upset me so much but it just made me feel that I was just another patient and record wasn't documented well."

"I had to make another appointment with another provider because I didn't trust the advice of this provider. And this providers advice didn't provide relief. I called back next day with questions and she advised me to switch to a different version of prednisone and that I go to acute care."
