"Overall, I had a positive experience. Areas for improvement include things that might be addressed by staffing issues. It took me almost 7 months to get an appointment. I stood in the wrong line for eight minutes before somebody finally let me know that I was in the wrong place (because it took them that long to come out from the back where they were chatting). When I got to the right place, I was able to be seen right away by someone at the registration desk, but she seemed bothered to have to help me. Other than those few things, my experience with the doctors and nurses was absolutely lovely."

Six hours later and still not returned to normal. Also, there was no refraction/prescription(?) as to what my vision is. Is that standard practice? Thank you for your services and this survey."

"I thought the wait time was excessive. I arrived 20 minutes before my appointment and waited over 20 minutes past my appointment time to be called. Everyone who came before me was called, and a dozen who arrived after me were also called. I realize not all were there for my provider, but I felt my appointment time was not respected. The provider talked as if I had been told or educated previously about a condition I had, but that was not the case. This was the first time I was told about it. I had to look it up later to find out what she was talking about. She did tell me what to look out for, but she never mentioned what it was or explain it to me. I looked back on Patient Station to see her past clinical notes, and saw it was noted several times in the past. But again, it was never reported or explained to me. Each time those notes said the patient was educated about the condition, but I certainly was not."

I called on November 20th and was told first available appointment was June 11th, 2024 yet when I accessed your online self scheduling portal on November 27th I got an appointment for November 30th. That's almost 8 months difference."
