"I would just like to say me and my son were there for some testing for Social Security and who ... I don't know who got it wrong, but we were there for a very long extended time. I felt like the provider didn't listen to me. There was a lot of questions I still had as well as just having to sit there for like 3 hours because they scheduled wrong. And they booked two people that had to do this testing at the same time and whoever booked it knowing that they're not supposed to do that. I even heard the provider tell the receptionist that, which is greatly impacted my son because it was his last day at his school. We are moving. And he only got 2 hours of the school day to say goodbye to staff into friends. And so that was very upsetting. Thanks."
