"Dr wendland and her nurse made my son very comfortable with their care. When scheduling, I called the West Campus to schedule my son's appointment. We typically see Dr. Callahan, however he was booked out for the month. We made an appointment to see Dr. Wendland instead The scheduling personnel never told me that the appointment was at the East Campus. We checked in 10 minutes early at the West Campus. Registration told me me we where scheduled at the East campus. She was generous and called the East Campus to see if we could still come to the appointment. Not all pqrents know where each provider works. I suggest that registration simply inform patients at the time of scheduling to mention which Campus the appointment is located."
