"I filled out the pre-visit questions mentioning 2 areas of concern. An x-ray was taken of one area so the problem was visible. An x-ray of the other area only showed a side view instead of a front view which would illustrate the problem. This problem wasn't really addressed."

Dr. Chapman was kind and did tests on me and everything that hurts on me he told me surgery should help. He also was upfront about things that could go wrong. I've lived with pain from siatica pain and it's not fun."

"The impersonal computer kiosk leaves one with a cold welcome to the department. I registered the night prior to my appointment via the email sent to me. Upon arrival to my appointment I had to complete another/the same registration. I thought the reason for my registration the night before was to eliminate having to go through the same questions upon arrival. Following the completion of the on site registration, I was at a loss to know what I did next. I had to ask the personal sitting behind the desk area what I was to do. A little personal touch would have been given a warm welcome at that time."
