"I was taken in very promptly. The eye check and in depth pictures were done in a timely manner. I had to wait an hour after that to see Dr. Peracha. He is great, but seems to be over scheduled. It has not been unusual to have to wait at least 40 minutes to see him."

"Being of reasonably good health, generally, all my life, my eye issues this summer, along with the onslaught of genetically-expected arthritis, and the return of former sciatic pain, I was feeling somewhat overwhelmed at the time of that first visit. I was more comfortable with the "coping" aspect of "getting older" after that visit. I will add, since I am so late in doing this survey, that the feeling of being viewed as an individual with some trepedition at the idea of "shots in the eyes", I was not as comfortable, or comforted, at the second visit on 8/1. But I guess 70 is time to grow up and face the tough stuff."

"Yes Mostly was checked once - when scheduling appointments, the amount of time needed for each patient is an estimate. In reality, some need more time and seeing the provider may be delayed if the provider is really doing his/her work properly so delays are to be expected. Although there was a bit of a delay, it was not an unreasonable amount of time."
