"I gave the provider information about cancer medication I am currently on. I was told they would check paxlovid for any interactions with my medication Nubeca. A nurse called me later in the after telling me there were no interactions. To be sure I called my oncologist they said there are absolutely interactions and that I could not take the paxlovid. The providers need to take more caution when prescribing meds and checking them against existing med lists"

"Was tested for rsv and covid. Was glad to get at the last minute. Tested negative to both."

"So when I went in, I didn't know what my status was or why I was sick. It was viral and the only test that you guys had was for COVID and the flu, instead of separating them each. I have a COVID test at home, so I was able to take that, but I was not still able to be tested for the flu or whatever else. So that would be my feedback."

She quickly told me she was going to send me to the ER. If she already knew that was the plan when she walked in, she could have saved both of us some time."

"Not positively SURE the nursing assistant knew FOR SURE if all the wax was removed from my ears. My hearing aide rep said right ear was TOTALLY CLOGGED. What the nursing assistant removed didn't seem like to me would TOTALLY CLOG my right ear.??????!!!!! I wanted my husband to accompany me into the room with me for the NS just to look in his ears to see if they needed to be cleaned out. But he had to have a separate room. I'm sure we are CHARGED for an appt. For him AND HE NEEDED NOTHING done to his ears!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

Most doctors I have been to make sure I got down safely. Not her. She probably spent 45 seconds with me. I know they are busy, but......."

When I checked in, they said it would be about a 40-minute wait, and I was fine with that, but it really only took maybe 10 minutes to get called back, maybe 10 minutes in the room waiting, and then a test, and then the physician came in, you know, all back in the exam room, maybe a total of 20 minutes. So I thought that was very good for using acute care on a busy day with lots of people who were ill. So I appreciated that. Thank you. Bye."

Dr. W. listened and when the cause of my pain wasn't obvious, she had some ideas on what it could be and told me try to a few things. Turns out she was right - I put a lidocaine patch on over the weekend and feel so much relief. An out of the box idea on what could be causing my pain turned out to be right on! THANK YOU!"

"I was there on an especially busy morning the Saturday after Thanksgiving and there's a lot of flu going around. I had a UTI and they said they would be an hour and 15 minute wait. I was good with that because I know I needed an antibiotic. I got in in about 45 minutes. The nurse was wonderful, even though they were rushed it didn't affect how I was treated and the doctor was excellent. Thank you."
