The only concern I ever have when I have to go to you guys is checking in. It takes forever even to do a pre-check in. It's just ridiculous. It's not that the people aren't willing to help, it's just that they're overwhelmed. It's gotten better somewhat since you have pre-check in, but it takes a while."

The 3rd girl...Julie?...on the heavy side, was entertaining two elderly women with idle chatter. Listening to the conversation they did ot know each other. The clerk was being very kind in listening to the two women. I felt the clerk could have cut the conversation sooner than she did."

"When I walked in, I was greeted by the receptionist in a timely and friendly manner. The receptionist who helped me, helped someone right before me, when the one beside her could have assisted, putting more stress on her. As I was sitting there I noticed only 1 receptionist helping people while the other one talked to a coworker. If I was that one receptionist, I would be frustrated.
