"I assumed I needed new inserts. She checked where pain or lack of pain is in my feet. She checked my sneakers and said they were the right kind but suggested getting new ones more often. She made sure my the inserts (made in Utah) conformed to my foot. She problem-solved and tried a solution to stop the squeaking of the inserts when I walk, then asked the nurse to finish taping the inserts. She explained what to do if I wanted new ones, wanted to resole my old ones, and what to do if they start squeaking again. Thank you so much for the options and current solution! She is detail-oriented and listens attentively."

"I was extremely happy with my experience yesterday with Dr. Tara Brock and her team. I expected to have to wait weeks for an appointment but was seen almost immediately (same day that I called). Dr. Brock took care of what I thought was an infected and ingrown toenail and sent me home patched up and worry free. I had visited urgent care several weeks back and was told I had a fungus, I would lose my toenail and there was little I could do. OTC medications for toenail fungus were not effective. I was (fortunately) also told that I should see a podiatrist about the condition of the rest of my foot (dry, calloused etc). I waited for my toenail to fall off (which it didn't) and called for the appointment several weeks after my Urgent Care visit. Both experiences were very positive, but I am now concerned that the Urgent Care doctor gave me inaccurate information. Thank you, Dr. Brock!"
