    "I just wanted to say that I showed up at the wrong time and my appointment was like five hours later and I drove about an hour to get there and the front desk and the clinic or the doctors and nurses worked really well together and fit me in so I didn't have to go home and come back another day. Very happy. Thank you."

    "My experience with the actual provider was good, but quite brief. She was very friendly and asked if I had any concerns, but she seemed like she was in a rush. The nurse that roomed me told me I was there for "a physical," which I was not. When I said that I was there for a pap, not a physical, the way she responded seemed patronizing. She made very little eye contact and was not personable."

The nurse calmed me down or I would have left without seeing the doctor. The doctor was great and I explained what happened.     "I like the text reminder for upcoming appointments but I do not appreciate having to click a link to complete registration. This could easily be fraud & I do not find it necessary to complete questions at inconvenient times prior to visits. A simple "Y" or "N" (yes or no) reply to the text to confirm appointments should be sufficient."
