"Our daughter had a fever with a red, angry looking toe that had pus coming out of it. I was concerned as a parent, because when Lilly gets sick she gets very very sick. I called after the appointment to discuss getting an antibiotic for her and was told by the nurse very rudely, "if the dr thought she needed one then she would have given her one." She didn't forward this onto the provider or let me explain why I was concerned. I got home from work that day and Lilly's fever was even higher than it was that morning. I ended up calling her pediatrician who prescribed and antibiotic and gave us more instructions to follow if it got worse. Just felt like my concerns as a parent were not heard. As a nurse myself, I couldn't imagine speaking to a concerned patient/parent that way."

"Dr Hughes was very rude to me and the whole time she yelled at me for wearing sandals! She Accused me of wearing my sketcher sandals, more than my shoes. In the 10 minutes she was in the room with me she doesn't know me at all to accuse me of that!! I will never come back there again and I will tell anyone that ask me about her,to not go there!!! And the corn she took off my left foot was bleeding and she never offered a bandage and neither did the nurse, never told me how to care for it after I left and it still was bleeding on Friday, and hurts!!!"
