Medical Associates provides comprehensive radiology services in Dubuque and at its regional clinic locations throughout the Tri-State area. We offer the latest in imaging technology including computed tomography (CT), magnetic resonance-whole body and extremity (MRI), ultrasonography (US), bone densitometry (DEXA), digital mammography, including 3D mammography. (Note: please check with your insurance provider regarding coverage for the 3D exam prior to your appointment.)

We utilize computed radiology (CR), which means all images are digitally stored and accessed via an advanced technology called PACS (picture archiving communication system). This universal system allows for electronic transmission of images and reports, which enhances the timeliness, speed, accuracy, and confidentiality of patient results.

Our MRI and CT services are accredited by the American College of Radiology, and our mammography program is accredited by the State of Iowa and the Food & Drug Administration.

Radiology technologists at Medical Associates are educated, trained, and licensed to perform a wide array of imaging procedures, from common musculoskeletal views to complex 3D and nuclear forms of clinical imaging.
