Payments:
- Online: Visit www.mahealthcare.com/bill-pay to securely pay your bills online via e-check and credit card.
- Phone: Call us at 563-219-7544 to make a payment through our automated system.
You will receive statements and billing reminders via email and/or text message, while continuing to receive a paper statement. Please note that your text messages will come from “91962” and emails will be delivered by email@hc.flywire.com. You can log into your online bill pay account or contact us to update your preferences and choose to go green by opting for paperless statements.
These payment methods will not be applicable for statements dated prior to June 10, 2024.

Insurance Processing:
Medical Associates Clinic will file insurance claims directly to insurance carriers, or assist in getting the correct information to file claims. The staff also work with insurance carriers to insure that patients receive timely and appropriate reimbursement. Please refer to the following phone numbers:
